WebI managed to stop biting my nails, only to start biting my lips. I tried lip balm for a while, but then I shifted to biting the inside of my mouth instead. I know I make goofy faces while doing it, my mouth is raw all the time, and I'm afraid for my teeth at this point as well. Any tips appreciated.
