It's like the GSR head vs B16 head argument. The biggest difference is in the intake manifold, the Z6 showed a better midrange, and the Y8 had a slightly higher top end. But it's like a 2hp difference at the mid, and a 2hp at the top.

Get a complete 5spd y8 IM. get a complete D16y8 engine harness for your car (which in your case OBD2a) Get a OBD2a p2p ecu. -only problem here, you will get a check engine light for no knock sensor. D16Y8 = 1.6L SOHC VTEC 96-00 Civic EX 127hp. Now, from what I have read the D16y8 block is the same as the D16y7 block. So, off hand, you are bolting on 21 HP.
